My husband LOVED them and so did I! They are very versatile, by the way---if you don't like bacon, for instance...you can use chopped up pre-cooked ham or sausage even. These are a KEEPER and I'll be making them often. One tip: only BAKE as many as you'll actually eat at one sitting, because baked leftovers get shriveled up & kinda rubbery. Not appealing.
